Gajiga Run (“Gajiga Run”) accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, accident, theft or death sustained or incurred whilst participating in or spectating at the Gajiga Run, whether arising as a result of negligence or otherwise. All people participating in or spectating at the Gajiga Run do so entirely at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gajiga Run, its managers, employees, other staff and contractors. Persons taking part in the Gajiga Run as part of a team and whose entries are made on their behalf are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation in the event.

In entering the Gajiga Run, participants consent to photographs being taken at the event by Gajiga Run or their appointed photographers, which photographs may be used by Gajiga Run for promotional and publicity purposes at Gajiga Run’s sole discretion.


Can I Get A Refund?

Per our registration policy, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Can I Transfer My Registration To Another Event?

We do not allow transfers between events. Unfortunately there are no exceptions. Contacting us does not change our policy – sorry!
